Customer service is very important to us. We have a repair shop on our premises, so most sizing, setting, and other repairs are completed in our store.  We want every customer to be satisfied with all purchases and repairs.  We offer estate consignment sales and appraisal service for all jewelry items. Appraisals are done by a certified gemologist using the standards of the Gemological Institute of America.
